The Jackie Project is a culture consulting practice for schools, youth-serving organizations and teams. Every engagement begins on site, with observation, and nothing is applied from a template.

Most of our work is inside schools. The same approach holds anywhere a group of adults carries a culture for the people in their care.
Every piece earns the next one.
We spend full days inside the building and watch how it actually moves.
We read what we saw next to what people told us anonymously.
Leadership and staff build the framework with us, in their own words.
Staff development, Truth Rooms and live coaching carry it into daily practice.
Check-ins and closing rituals keep the culture holding after we step back.
Observation means full days inside the building: hallways at passing period, classrooms mid-lesson, the front office when a parent walks in upset. We watch how the building actually moves, not how it describes itself. Every engagement starts this way, and what we build afterward comes from what we saw and what people told us.
