A 45-minute, one-to-one burnout practice for the people who carry other people — school leaders, case managers, executive directors, floor staff. Nobody names burnout while there's still time to do something about it. LIT moves that moment earlier.
Two sessions run in opposite directions, because pouring more into someone who is already overflowing is how good programs make things worse. Embers is for running low. Blaze is for running over. You pick by how the week has actually gone.
LIT is entered by invitation. It stays small on purpose — the practice only works when there's room to sit with one person at a time. If you're carrying a team, or someone on your team is carrying too much, say so and an invitation gets issued.
The working side of an engagement. Once a school or organization is in it, the framework built for that community, the session materials, and the documents the team is actually using day to day live in the Portal — not on the public site.
