GOAT Camp
Denver.

Before The Jackie Project ever walked into a building, this work was already alive in living rooms, gyms, courtrooms, and kitchens across the Denver metro. GOAT Camp is where the practice comes from. It is the proof underneath everything we do.

What GOAT Camp Is

From survival mode to GOAT status.

GOAT Camp Denver is a 501(c)3 youth mentorship nonprofit founded and led by Ashle Rodriguez-Perdomos, serving young people across the Denver metro area through consistent mentorship, real-life support, and access to opportunity.

The name says the mission. Every young person we work with is capable of becoming the greatest of all time at being exactly who they are. But you cannot become anything while you're stuck surviving. GOAT Camp exists to move youth out of survival mode and into a life with room to grow.

The work is relational, culturally grounded, and built around the whole person. Not a program young people attend. A community that shows up for them — in the moments that matter, in the rooms where decisions get made about them, and in the everyday spaces where consistency is the whole point.

All kids are gifted. We can't prescribe the gift. Our job is to build the conditions where it shows up.

Consistent Mentorship

Real relationships, not one-time programming. Young people are paired with mentors who stay, through the wins and through the hard seasons.

Real-Life Support

Court dates, school meetings, housing instability, family transitions. GOAT Camp shows up in the actual rooms where a young person's life gets decided.

Access to Opportunity

Jobs, teams, programs, and doors that survival mode keeps closed. We connect young people to what's possible and walk with them through it.

Community, Not a Caseload

Family-integrated, community-rooted, Denver-built. Young people aren't files here. They're ours.

The Framework

Built on C.A.M.P.

Four pillars hold every mentorship relationship, every session, and every plan we build with a young person.

C

Character

Who you are when it's hard. Integrity, accountability, and the self-respect that nobody can take from you.

A

Academics

Education as a door, not a gate. Support, advocacy, and belief in every classroom a young person walks into.

M

Mindset

Moving from survival thinking to growth thinking. Healing what was inherited so it doesn't get passed forward.

P

Prosperity

A future worth building. Jobs, skills, financial literacy, and a vision of life beyond just getting by.

How It Connects

One lineage. Two practices.

GOAT Camp is the direct work: mentorship, advocacy, and presence in young people's actual lives. The Jackie Project is what that work taught us, built into a practice for the adults and institutions that shape young people every day.

Everything The Jackie Project brings into a building was learned in the field first. The refusal to diagnose before listening. The presence before prescription. The belief that culture is what we make it. That all came from years of sitting beside young people while systems made decisions about them.

If your family needs mentorship, GOAT Camp is the door. If your organization needs culture work, The Jackie Project is the practice. Same lineage. Same standard. Same care.
